where do we operate?
Our home base is located in Rutherfordton area of the 28139 zip code. We travel within a 20 mile radius free of charge, additional mileage charges will be discussed and calculated while booking your party.
How do I play?
Our staff are trained to operate a variety of games using the refined Elite Laser Tag software. We will instruct players on rules and guidelines to each activity as well as act as referee during your intense matches!
what ages are best suited for laser tag?
All ages! We are interactive for all occasions, all adults and children 7 years old & up that have a parent's signed waiver. Liability waivers are required for all participants regardless of age.
can we play in all weather conditions?
Our taggers are safe to operate in light rain & mildly cold weather. If the event day comes and the weather does not permit us to run, you will be offered to move us to another location (indoors), a reschedule, or receive a full refund. *During winter months parties may only be offered indoors at times due to this.
what do I need to do as a host to prepare for set up?
We are a mobile company built around entertainment and your convenience. You provide us with the location and we provide the set up & experience. We will arrive 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled start party time to assess the field and arrange any necessary equipment. Our staff will run all the equipment and act as the referee during games.
IMPORTANT: ALL players are required to have a signed waiver before games will begin. No waiver -- NO playtime. Waivers can printed and brought in person or accessed here.
who would be responsible for any possible equipment damages or injuries?
You can see our policies for more details, but in short, the waivers release us as a company from liability for personal injury. The participant (or guardian) would be responsible for their own medical care. Mobile Mayhem Laser Tag LLC will be responsible for normal wear & tear & repairs made to taggers. You as a host will only be responsible for damages due to negligence or failure to comply with our safety regulations.
what kind of events could you hire us for?
ANY KIND!! Birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, church/school events, graduation party, & more! We also present team building activities for corporate events (email for more details).
what type of venue is needed for an event?
Our taggers have up to a 200 ft shot distance! An ideal field is a 40' x 40'. or above. We can operate indoors or outdoors. For example, your backyard, field, church building, community club house, etc. We use a combination of our own and natural obstacles to set the stage for battle.
Will I get a refund if I have to cancel?
Any payment other than the nonrefundable deposit will be returned if the party is canceled with in a 72hr notice of event date.
